The Spanish Trail story began in 1954, when Joe and Mary Blasco settled in Las Vegas. Their dream was to one day develop and exclusive community on land they owned, where they and their children could live and play in privacy, security, and serenity.
Spanish Trail is ideally located 5 miles, and or 10 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip. Its prime location is central to Summerlin and the rapidly growing Southwest region of the city.
